To find Site:- Leave autoroute at either Langres Nord or Sud. From the south take N19 signed for Versoul and watch out for signs to Lac de la Liez. The campsite is signed from the main road. From the north in Langres, just follow signs to Lac  de la Liez which takes you via Peigney. The entrance is just over the brow of a hill as you see the lake so be careful!

This campsite, which accepts Camping Cheques, is a more peaceful alternative to the Municipal in Langres. In fact from this site you can see the walled town of Langres. The pitches are in the main laid out on a terraced basis, although at the far end of the site the pitches take on a more usual look. Pitch size varies and for a longer stay you might want to be more selective. It had been very wet before we arrived and during our short visit and some pitches were a bit muddy. Having said that there are pitches with a gravel surface which stand up better to the conditions. There are two new toilet blocks which are to a high standard. Each pitch has access to electrics, water and waste water. There is ample parking at the entrance to the site and one imagines that one could use this as a late arrivals area although I would suggest you confirm this with the site! The reception area also includes a small shop, takeaway, restaurant, terrace and indoor swimming pool. A new outdoor swimming pool was under construction. The campsite also offers a number of chalets for hire.

We used this campsite for an overnight stay on our way South. It would make a perfect spot for a longer stay with walks around the lake and visits to the lovely walled town of Langres. Date of our visit May 2005,
